The Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs is awarding prizes for projects promoting intercultural dialogue. Projects can be submitted until 26th of March 2018.

In the context of the Cultural Year Austria – Croatia 2017, which runs under the slogan "Experiencing Culture Together", more than 100 different and exquisite cultural events will take place: concerts, art exhibitions, theatre and film festivals. The programme aims at giving Austria and Croatia the chance to get to know one another better.

Besides the yearbook of the Austrian International Cultural Policy the ministry also publishes several brochures on particular key issues. This cooperation between the Foreign Ministry and the Academy of Austrian Films was initiated in 2012 and proved itself very successful. Through the Ministry's network abroad outstanding short movies are presented worldwide as part of the "Austrian Shortmovies Exhibition 2015". With great success and gratifying resonance as shown in the "Review of 2014". And this were the films of the "Austrian Shortmovies Exhibition 2014".
The supporting program of the Ministry, which was launched in 2002, aims at presenting the Austrian musical creativity to young musicians as lively, modern and cultural diverse. Information on the selected soloists and ensembles can be found in the NASOM Catalogue 2014/2015 as well as in the NASOM Catalogue 2016/2017.
