Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts 18 July – 27 August 2016
The Summer Academy awards a number of grants for participation in one of the 22 courses. Submission deadline is 8 April 2016. Please upload your application to: www.summeracademy.at/grants
Special features are topical positions in painting (Varda Caivano, Melissa Gordon), sculpture and installation (Nora Schultz), as well as unusual and rarely-taught artistic techniques such as miniature painting (Imran Qureshi), ceramics as a sculptural medium (Aaron Angell) and stone sculpture (Andreas Lolis).
Teachers from all over the world work together with students from over 50 countries in the creative atmosphere of Hohensalzburg Fortress – wouldn't you like to be part of this?

Regular application The Salzburg Summer Academy is open to anyone interested. The high quality of the courses is guaranteed by the requirement that all prospective participants must apply for acceptance. On the basis of the submitted dossier, the teaching artists select participants. The fees are between € 450.- and € 1,200.-, depending on the duration of the course. Students are entitled to a reduced fee. All applications received by 2 May 2016 will be treated equally. Later applications are welcome, and will be processed in the order received, according to vacancies in the courses. Details: www.summeracademy.at/application
