Dear teachers!

Interkulturelles Zentrum has been entrusted by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, the Arts and Culture to establish collaborations between Austrian schools and schools from China.

International school-links enable young people from your country and from Austria to get to know each other, to improve their foreign language skills and to contribute to a better understanding between our countries and cultures.

An International School Partnership may include:

• Professional contacts between teachers
• Communication amongst pupils and whole school classes
• Exchange of artefacts such as paintings, photos, DVDs etc.
• A common project

·         Student exchange

Generally, the co-operation between schools will have to be organised by the respective teachers/school administration. If you are interested in finding a partner school from Austria please register your school on our partner-finder:

Partner-Finder

The partner finding service of the Interkulturelles Zentrum is an online programme, which enables Austrian and foreign schools around the world to find ways to enter into international school partnerships. Austrian schools can search for partner schools according to certain criteria (region, type of school, age of the students, project topic).
