The String Quartet of the Central Conservatory of Music consists with its four talented students. All of them have studies music under Professor Jin Hui and Paul Roczek of Mozart University in Salzburg, Austria. The string quartet group has won many recognitions and awards both in China and overseas. Having been invited to perform in many cities, the group has generated a large fan base globally.

As the only double bassquintet, they were granted to record their inaugural album, Charm of Double Bass, in the year of 2010, which has been released to the global market. Instructed by the renowned professor, Mr. Hou Junxia, in double bass, all the members of the group have won various awards including the ones at 4^th Poland Double Bass International Contest and 5^th Beijing International Double Bass Festival. As then students, they were signed as professional performers with the nation’s leading orchestras.
