Vienna, 26 October 2009 – "There for you, worldwide at your service – this is not just a slogan for us, but our service to Austrians around the world", said Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger on the occasion of today’s "Open House" at the Foreign Ministry."I am particularly keen on ensuring the safety of Austrians and their best possible support abroad. With the citizen service operating in Vienna, and our some 100 embassies and professional consulates worldwide, we represent a safety net for our countrymen around the world", said Spindelegger.
