Press meeting: Foreign Minister Spindelegger and OPEC Secretary General El-Badri sign agreement for the new OPEC Headquarters building

Vienna, 25 September 2009 – On Wednesday, 30 September 2009, Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger and OPEC Secretary General Abdalla Salem El-Badri will sign the agreement for the new Headquarters of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in Vienna.

The signing of the agreement constitutes the basis for the new permanent headquarters of OPEC in the first Vienna District, Wipplingerstraße 33, to be delivered in November 2009.

The Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs invites interested media representatives to the following event:
