The Sixth Convention between the Republic of Austria and the Kingdom of Norway on Co-operation in the Fields of Culture, Science and Education (initialled on 6 May 1994) did not enter into force due to an objection of the Federal Ministry of Finance in the Federal Government; subsequently, it was applied pragmatically.
