Weapons of Mass Destruction

Within the framework of securing international peace the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, biological, chemical) is of outstanding importance. The destructive force of these weapons and the effects of their use on the civilian population even in noninvolved third party countries make non-proliferation a global challenge the international community has to face up to.
