If you contact the Austrian Embassy or an Honorary Consulate in case of an emergency, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Who has already been informed?
• How can we reach you? (Telephone number, cell phone, telefax, email)
• Who is affected (full name, date and place of birth)
• What has happened?
• When?
• Where?
• Is the emergency covered by insurance?
• Contact person(s) in Austria?
