Award of an Order

On 23 April, 2008, Elisabeth Anna Plettenbacher was awarded the "Goldenes Verdienstzeichen um die Republik Österreich". She accepted the award during a ceremony at the Embassy, in the presence of her family and members of the Board of the Austrian Club Johannesburg (ACJ). She was very pleased to receive this honour and will keep up her work at the ACJ and in support of caritative activities with full steam as ever.
