Consular fees
Although many of our services are provided free of charge, in a number of instances a fee must be charged. Payment must be made in cash or per money-order (payable to the Austrian Consulate General).
Consular fees for March 2010 (fees quoted in USD):
- Schengen Visa: 81.20
- Schengen Visa for citizens of the Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Moldova and Russia: 47.40
- Long Term National Visa: 101.40
- Applying for residence permit for adults: 108.20
- Applying for residence permit for minors (under 18 years of age): 67.60
- Identification card for adults: 77.10
- Identification card for minors (under 16 years of age): 36.60
- New Passport: 94.70
- Change in passport: 33.80
- Child's passport (under 12 years of age): 40.60
- Certificate of Citizenship: 64.90
- Authentication of a signature: 40.60
- Authentication of a copy: 40.60
- Certificate of Good Conduct (criminal record): 56.80
- Forwarding of document: 24.40
- Ordering of document from Austria: 32.50
- Official act outside regular opening hours: additional fee of 50% according to the applicable consular fee structure
