Travel planning: If you want to come to Australia as a tourist you can find help planning your travel arrangements on the website Australien-Info.
Work: The Embassy must point out that any employment, even for a short time or temporarily, is illegal with a normal visitor visa (tourist visa). You cannot expect to find a job on the spot after entering Australia as a tourist.
The Austrian Embassy is not in a position to assist Austrian job-searchers in looking for work in Australia or New Zealand. You can, however, research employment opportunities on the Internet. There is a number of employment agencies which you find with search engines (e.g. Google, search word "employment Australia/New Zealand").
