The Embassy is not authorized to represent Austrian citizens in legal affairs. However, only as far as the legal situation is known, a noncommittal legal advice can be given and/or can be referred to necessary relevant legislation. For a competent legal advice the assistance of a lawyer would be necessary. Austrian lawyers with contacts to Australia can be inquired at the bar association in all Federal States in Austria.
