The Austrian Embassy and the Austrian Cultural Forum New Delhi together with Bhartiya Jnanpith presented a day-long workshop cum seminar on Saturday, 14 December at the Austrian Cultural Forum New Delhi:
TRANSLATION: A CONNECTING ART
Renowned scholars from India explored the intercultural context of the art of translation and discussed practical implications for translators, publishers and the general interested audience.

On the conclusion of the workshop a new project has been announced: In collaboration with Bhartiya Jnanpith, the Austrian Cultural Forum has awarded the adaptation of Franz Kafkas novel „The Trial“ into a Hindi language play to Mrs. Rama Pandey, eminent theatre, TV and film personality.
