Concert of Austrian Duo Rabitsch/Pawlik at Delhi Jazz Ustav 2011

We are proud to invite you to an unforgettable evening with Austrian Jazz Duo Michaela Rabitsch and Robert Pawlik.

Michaela Rabitsch, a singer and Austria's only female top jazz trumpet player and her ingenious partner, the guitarist Robert Pawlik will present  Smooth Jazz with catchy melodies, strong harmonies, groovy rhythms and adventurous improvisations in a well balanced mix of vocals and instruments.

About  the “Duo Michaela Rabitsch and Robert Pawlik”:

Michaela Rabitsch (trumpet, vocals) and Robert Pawlik (guitar) are both university trained jazz artists, and have been playing and composing together for the past ten years. They performed at highly prestigious jazz festivals, like the Cape Town International Jazz Festival (South Africa), Bansko Jazz Festival (Bulgaria) or the Jazzfestwoche Burghausen (Germany) and are frequent acts at the most important clubs in Austria such as Porgy & Bess and Joe Zawinul’s Birdland. Their latest release Moods was described as “really flawless, groovy, swinging, and proves that Viennese charm and jazz definitely combine” by Angela Ballhorn from the magazine Jazzthetik.
