Global Forum on Sustainable Energy (GFSE)

GFSE is positioning itself as a reliable partner in international energy-for-sustainable-development related endeavors. Beside feeding into the international energy discourse and disseminating information, the GFSE is ready to undertake a more practical role in facilitating energy related activities, by bringing together the representatives of donors, funding agents and investors on one side, the holders of technological know-how and operational experience on the other side, and potential project promoters from developing countries. Their interactions could produce new opportunities and facilitate the realization of existing opportunities in the energy field.

The organization is headquartered in Vienna, which is the third largest seat of the United Nations and a recognized international meeting and negotiations spot. Thus GFSE is geo-strategically placed for its intended global outreach.
